UNCLAIMED/ UNPAID DIVIDEND 

Dividends that are not encashed or claimed, within seven years from the date of its transfer to the unpaid dividend account, will, in terms of the provisions of section 125 of Companies Act 2013 and other applicable rules, be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) established by the Government of India. Details of shares to be transferred to the IEPF AUTHORITY account
As per provisions of Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Auditing, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 (Rules), shares on which dividend has not been claimed for seven consecutive years or more, then such shares are to be transferred to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority Account, a Fund constituted by the Government of India under Section 125 of the Companies Act, 2013. The details of shares to be transferred to the IEPF Authority Account are as follows:
