TERMS AND CONDITIONS SALE SUPERHERO 

  1. This ‘Sale Superhero’ scheme (scheme) is open to all First Citizen Members (“Members”) who have a valid First Citizen Card issued by Shoppers Stop Limited (SSL).  The scheme shall be valid on all purchases made from SSL’s stores across India including its Airport Stores and online store, www.shoppersstop.com & its mobile application.
  2. The scheme is valid from 4th July 2018 till 19th August 2018 or the end of SSL End of Season Sale (EOSS), whichever is earlier (scheme period).
  3. This scheme is not valid in the state of Tamil Nadu.
  4. Every week (defined as starting from Monday to Sunday) during the scheme period, two (2) Members, who are the highest spenders (on Pan India basis) during that particular week will be identified and  awarded with 50,000 Bonus Reward Points (Bonus Rewards Points), by SSL for each winner Member. A Member can qualify only once during the scheme periodThe scheme is valid on both, Primary as well as the Associate First Citizen Cards..
  5. The Bonus Reward Points will be against nett purchases made through valid tenders as to cash, debit card, credit card, Paytm wallet, Freecharge wallet, Tone Tag Wallet, Atom Wallet, Bajaj Fin EMI or any other valid tender which SSL may notify, from time to time.
  6. A maximum of fourteen (14) Members will be eligible to get the Bonus Reward Points during the scheme period.
  7. The Bonus Rewards Points will be valid up to March 31, 2019 from the date of issue, beyond which time period the Bonus Reward Points will lapse and no claims for redemption of Bonus Reward Points shall be entertained.
  8. Weekly Members chosen by SSL, will be announced in the next week of purchases made during the scheme period. In case of multiple Members having the same bill values, winners will be chosen via lucky draw.
  9. Members will be notified by way of SMS as per the details available with SSL. In the event SSL is unable to contact/ notify the chosen Member, SSL may choose another Member with highest spend for that particular week during the scheme period.
  10. Winners shall be selected at the discretion of SSL. The decision of SSL shall be final and binding on the Members and SSL shall not be held liable and/or responsible to entertain any queries/complaints in this regard.
  11. The Bonus Reward Points cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable.

  13. The scheme period shall not be extended under any circumstances.
  14. Any issues relating to credit of the Bonus Reward Points and/ or the related transactions pertaining to the fulfilment of purchases will have to be supported by the original cash memo.
  15. All other terms and conditions of SSL, including ‘Terms of Use’ on the website, for shopping shall apply along with the terms stated in here.
  16. The Members will not hold SSL responsible for and/or liable for any actions, claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, charges and expenses which a Member may suffer, sustain or incur by way of this scheme. The Members agree that no claims pertaining to the qualification and announcement of the weekly chosen Member shall be raised against Shoppers Stop.
  17. Employees of SSL and their respective dependant family members are not eligible to participate in this scheme.
  18. SSL reserves the right, during the scheme period, to add, alter, modify, change or vary any of the terms and conditions of this scheme at any point of time without assigning any reason or any intimation whatsoever.
  19. All other expenses including all taxes as may be applicable under the Indian Laws and all local levies to be borne by the Members.
  20. No two offers/ schemes/ contests/ codes or discounts can be clubbed together during the scheme period both in stores as well as the website, i.e. www.shoppersstop.com & the Shoppers Stop mobile app.
  21. This Contest is being brought to you by the concerted efforts of SSL. And in the event of non-happening or partial happening of the same for reasons beyond anybody’s control or act of God, then neither SSL nor its employees, agents, sponsors, successors i90’?Koor assigns shall be liable to any of the Members or any other person claiming under the Members.
  22. Neither anything contained in these Terms & Conditions, nor the running of this scheme to which they apply, shall be construed as an obligation on SSL to continue the scheme up to, on or after the scheme period.
  23. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment or representation by SSL to conduct further same or similar schemes.
  24. All of SSL’s actions shall be on a best-efforts basis only.
  25. Merchandise is available outside the scheme as well and Members are willingly participating in the scheme and agrees to have read and understood these terms and condition of the scheme.
  26. Any transactions by the Members that are raised as a dispute during the scheme period will not be eligible under the offer.
  27. The scheme cannot be assigned/ transferred to any other person/ customer.
  28. Disputes arising only within six (6) months after crediting of the Bonus Reward Points by SSL will be entertained by SSL.
  29. The scheme and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the Laws of India.
  30. Any dispute arising out of this scheme will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only.
